Same-Day Shipping Guarantee

Orders placed during business hours (Monday–Friday, before 3:00 PM Pacific Time) are guaranteed to leave our facility the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

Carefully Packaged

Every order is individually inspected and carefully packaged to ensure your one-of-a-kind piece arrives safely and in the condition described.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. There are no hidden fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your package has been shipped. While we guarantee same-day dispatch during business hours, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. The RW Denim is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
